Low Calories Steam egg with prawns 零脂蝦仁蒸蛋

 Tadaa!
Its steam eggs with prawns~~

Lets get it started.=)
 Things u'll need :
3 eggs
prawns (sliced)
soy sauce
pepper
water

Pour 3 eggs into a bowl.
Remove one egg yolk from it.

Add in sliced prawns.

Seasons it with adequate amounts of water,soy sauce & pepper.

Stir!

Pour the mixture into a stainless steel plate.

Steam it for 5 minutes.YUM*

  1. before you steam the egg..try to throw away all the bubble on top of the egg..it will make the egg softer
