趁新年来临前
赶快烘牛油餅干吧!

做法真的很简单。
三不两下就完成了。
我还做了两次呢~ ^^


牛油 Butter-----160g
砂糖 Fine sugar-----85g
蛋黃 Egg yolk-----1
面粉 Flour-----250g
奶粉 Milk powder-----6g
香草精 Vanilla essence-----1/2 tbs

1. 牛油室温軟化,加入糖搅拌均勻。Melts butter in room temperature,add in sugar and stir well.

2. 加入蛋黃和香草精混勻。Add in egg yolk and vanilla essence mix well.

3. 加入面粉和奶粉混合均勻。Add in flour and milk powder,mix well.

4. 做造型。Make your favourite shape.

5. 170°C烘15分鐘 或 160°C烘20分鐘。Bake with 170°C for 15mins or 160°C for 20mins.

好吧!
瘦身有成就该好好奖励自己咯~

上个礼拜去了Bangsar Village的港士港啡用餐。
价钱有点小贵。
一碟菜要RM14左右。
不过味道好棒~ slurpp~

我和姐一起分享炒冬粉和炒芥兰。
目前还不想吃淀粉,
以巩固瘦身效果。


还有提供孩童餐具呢。
柠檬香蜜
天津红豆冰
黑椒鸡扒意粉
柳汁猪扒饭
炒冬粉
蒜炒芥兰
黄金瓜
中国茶

"水果餐"充饥
即可减肥,又能美容,真是一箭双雕!

没错,
水果富含大量的Vitamin C, Vitamin D,
无机盐,水分,碳水化合物和纤维素。
同时,含热量低。

减肥不要过分依赖水果
3根香蕉相等于1碗米饭的热量,
如果再加上几个苹果,几个柳丁,
糖分和热量可能不输正常一餐。

首推番石榴和苹果。

一颗苹果热量大约是55卡,
不但低热量,而且有饱腹感。
还能提高抵抗力,增强免疫力,
消耗多余脂肪,对皮肤有好处。

每次吃上两三个苹果,
肚子就会饱了,不会有什么痛苦感觉。
吃苹果尽量选择新鲜的,
尽量不要喝市面上售的果汁。

水果减肥期间可以喝白开水,无糖豆奶和绿茶。
也能进食鸡蛋,鱼和蔬菜。

减肥期间免不了会便秘。
我啊,
也试过4~5天没排便。
脸上长了许多小颗粒呢..
吃这些就解决啦~

一天最多三颗。
木瓜也有通便的功能。
要避免吃太多,会导致皮肤变黄。



4天吃水果减肥后,16日的减肥期就完成了。
可以慢慢恢复进食各类食物。
饮食要由清淡渐进,避免油腻,
好让肠胃适应。
最重要是饮食均衡,不偏食。

话说这已是2011 的生日礼物

都放到逾期了。。(悲)

它的图纹好可爱
边边也缝得很均匀一致

好喜欢这些小细节
尤其是链嘴 =D


前面的蝴蝶结很优雅呢~
价钱也很可爱。

Hey guys~ Today i wanna share on how to make a healthy & low calories Vegetables soup.

The red spinach turns the soup into purple.No worries.It isn't colouring agent.

Well,

Lets start!^^

Ingredients are:
Oyster mushrooms & golden mushrooms
Anchovies (ikan bilis)
Red Spinach

#1 Fry anchovies.

#2 Add water into it, boils.
 Here's the soup~

#3 Add in oyster mushrooms & golden mushrooms.
#4 Add your favourite vege and cook awhile.

在膳食"金字塔"中,
蔬菜被列为应该多吃的主食。

蔬菜能提供膳食纤维,矿物质,维生素和胡萝卜素。
红,绿,黄色较深的蔬菜营养比较丰富。
我比较推荐绿色蔬菜。

第9天至第12天就吃蔬菜了!
炒菜时尽量用植物油。
一汤匙的份量就够了。

 蔬菜拼盘
有磨菇,红萝卜,花椰菜, 还有以下的菜。
 人生第二次炒菜~
还不赖吧? =P
嘴馋时,啃一些Baby Carrots.

Its steam eggs with prawns~~

Lets get it started.=)
 Things u'll need :
3 eggs
prawns (sliced)
soy sauce
pepper
water
#1 
Pour 3 eggs into a bowl.
Remove one egg yolk from it.

Add in sliced prawns.

Seasons it with adequate amounts of water,soy sauce & pepper.

Stir!

Pour the mixture into a stainless steel plate.

低脂低卡低盐分的鱼汤来咯!
最重要的是无添加油份~~

四天内光吃蒸鱼免不了有些沉闷
今天就来制作鱼汤
挥去"吃鱼恐惧症" 吧~ xP

汤头是不是看起来很鲜甜呢?
其实喝起来也很美味叻~

开始啦!
1。先准备鱼片(去骨)。

2。将鱼片切成丁。
3。加入适量的酱油,姜,玉米粉和胡椒粉调味。

4。腌一晚。
5。烧开水。

6。待水滚后,倒入鱼丁。
7。加入一些酱油调味。

8。待鱼丁熟透就可关火了。
 大功告成!
鱼汤表层都无油叻~
 刚好倒出三碗的份量。
有无油洋葱煎蛋
使用non-stick frying pan 煎的。
很棒吧? ^^
还有这片无油煎蛋
把它卷成"蛋卷"吃满不错。=)
